Is it really a doctor scenario though? Its not like its pooling blood anymore. After my shower it just bleeds like it was a cat scratch.

If you've got a cut or brown town fissure that hasn't healed after 2 weeks you should definitely get a doctor to look at it.
You don't particularly want open wounds in a dirty area like that.

Consider taking daily showers, and giving that area a gentle clean.
