So what time will they tally the vote up and tell us that the Liberals won?

Results are starting to come in now in an east to west sweep. Eastern Canada so far is extremely liberal. Even the seats that went to the NDP last time are now going almost all liberal.

Not really.  The number of votes the NDP got is surprisingly close to the number of votes the Conservative party got, despite not having the majority the Conservative party has in most electoral districts.
