If this were to hit California, it would cause a ton of flash flooding on a huge scale.
Needless to say the only safe way to re-hydrate California is slowly.
Who cares about safety? They need water now!

You can take some of Florida's, and even some crazy as a side dish.

Replace 'California' with 'most southwestern edge states'. TX(specifically Austin) has a huge problem with flash flooding from even weak storms.

We need to somehow redirect this storm to California. Combined with Washington rain too, their drought would be over in a week tops.
washington rain lol. it hasn't rained too much this last summer. lots of lakes were down about three feet.
