I tried to make a face for blockland and this happened.

I followed this tutorial so the resolution is as follows
as for the zip I just tried placing the face in a face pack I already had installed to see if it worked. Is that my problem?

your using the main face as the thumbnail
make your files like mine

main face should be 512x512 and the thumbnail should be 64x64

make the main pic inside the main folder, and then create a sub folder named "thumbs" and put the thumbnail picture in it like i have
ignore the "stoplookinginmyaddons" part, that picture should be your main face
