i mean. bad rats is literally the worst game ever and it has made weirder stuff happen. for example, when i play bad rats it is IMPOSSIBLE to screenshot it. itll take a screenshot of the specified area but all assets of the game appear as a black screen. bad rats is forgeted up, man.

its not possible for steam to recognize that a game is still running after a restart unless you are logged into steam on two different computers
it is seriously impossible

Okay so I just restarted again and now it's gone. I'm guessing that it was something to do with Steam servers or I did something else besides restarting like Lock??? Not sure but locking either way.
