Stretch bricks

So recently I've heard that in older versions of Bl you could stretch bricks. I was wondering if someone could make a mod for that then.

You can't. And if you could then, you can't now.
The closest you could get to this would be making a script that uses the biggest existing bricks it can find and then filling the space you want with that.
