If you shoot a Self Delete bomber whom is running at you screaming with a bomb on their person chances are they would be far enough to explode after their death from a bullet and you would walk away unharmed.

Do you even know how Self Delete bombing work, lol? People don't come screaming at you with a bomb, they wait for everybody to get into a crowd and then detonate it. Iraq has tons of rifles and weapons in circulation, and successful Self Delete bombing happen frequently still. I generally think that gun control can get too strict but more guns wouldn't prevent Self Delete bombings.

I went to Paris last year and they have military dudes walking around with automatic weapons 'n stuff.  Versailles was particularly heavily guarded.  At least they show that they will not tolerate it when it does happen.
