Why are people still droning about the tired old 'derailing' bullstuff? A thread's topic will shift based on the discussion. There's no reason to stop people from talking about things that aren't directly related to the topic.

If a discussion is enough to merit it's own topic, then people will make a topic about it. Everything that could be said about the harvest thing has been said.
