I like rain to an extent, but my front tires are bald so I slide around when the road is only slightly wet, plus I don't like walking in it to go somewhere because my shoes get all damp. If I use an umbrella, it makes a horrendous mess when I'm carrying it around indoors. When I use my hoodie, my neck is always cold for like an hour.

So in the case of a simple heavy rainstorm, I'm not really for those. If there's thunder and lightning, I'll forgive the rain. If it's a severe thunderstorm with hail and tornadoes, I welcome the rain unless it blocks visibility. Then I'll hate the rain again.
