i hope there will be more people this year than last year
The chance is more likely with a better host and massively slimming down things. This year we're using the normal loop limit, so there isn't any complicated process downloading anything
plus a 1 hour download period, the server will be stress tested once pecon migrates it, so we will be able to see how it scales before the party, and if there is any conflict, we're prepared for it. In reserve I might have an NFO server with 4gb of ram ready just in case things don't scale too well. Knowing Pecon though, I doubt we'll need to :)
Crashes will be less frequent hopefully due to blocklands memory management in one of its updates (iirc)
I will post a comparison in how many addons there were to scale on 2014 to now in the daily updates. Also a small note to Momentum: When I post the screenshots, add them to the OP. Also when you read this, close the poll.
I am hearing a mixed opinion from trog, if any host can expand on this I'd greatly appreciate it. Personally, I haven't had a single server crash but that's because we host for like 10 people.
