Me and Kong123's server removed all rtb components and it still crashes at high player counts, but only crashes in the middle of a player loading datablocks.

Are you sure it's always during loading datablocks? Can you ask the players how far the progress bar got before it stopped responding? (crash in the middle makes a lot less sense than crash at the start)
