tbh the sandbox is... okay but undoubtedly powder toy and basically every other falling sand kinda game is a billion times better.
I got it because I had extra money and I was like "eh ok" and played it for a bit and it got really boring really fast, the ui is just horrible to use and since it is from a mobile game it's a tiny area that you can work with. Really the only upside of it from the mobile version is that you don't have to pay or earn elements (which is stupid as hell especially when the app clears it's own progress so frequently). Really though the sandbox doesn't deserve to be named after an entire genre.
Can't think of any that weren't said already otherwise I'd say something, but like flame said universe sandbox is pretty good, if you're gonna get any get the second one even though it's more expensive. It's fun to mess with temperatures on earth and watch stuff happen. Plus the explosions from crashing planets together look awesome.
