Okay, so no one took it as sarcasm..
I know he's faking it because I was asking him to take a screenshot of it, but he said he "didn't" have Snipping Tool. Even though Windows 7 Professional should have it by default.
So I told him to Forward the email to me, he acted like he didn't know what it was, so I told him how to do it, he said he sent it but I never got it, so he "did it" again but I still didn't get anything. Obviously, he is still not getting his admin back on my server.
