Skill Course Idea (Help / Ideas needed)

I have grown to love "bunny-hop" and "surf" game-modes in games running the Source engine, and I
also enjoy the race mode in freeware game "Cube 2: Sauerbraten." I was thinking of possibly creating a
game-mode with a similar race / skill features. I've been playing this game for a long time, but have
since put it aside for games like CS:GO and Garry's Mod for the longest time.

I'm not the most experienced in TorqueScript, or in creating player types, or doing much at all in Blockland.
I have been thinking about the things I would need to create such a game-mode, and I have some ideas.

1) Player type which runs quickly, accelerates quickly, and decelerates quickly. This idea was from Cube 2:

2) Game-mode to cycle maps every X minutes, possibly with a voting system, but not necessarily needed.
    Maybe a "rock-the-vote" system would be good as well, in case the map is small, and everyone finishes
    quickly or before the time runs out, or if the map is just bad and the server collectively doesn't want to play.

3) A timer system to track how long it takes a player to complete a map. Possibly, be able to save these
    times on the server and have leader boards for certain courses.

The game-mode would probably be more like the Cube 2 races and less like bunny-hopping, but the skill
elements from bunny-hop along with the fast running of Cube 2 would certainly be amazing.

Now, I'm not the most experienced in coding this stuff. If any of you lovely Blocklanders support this idea, or
have input yourself, please let me know! I would love this to become a thing. Also, tell me if my goals
are unrealistic. I don't know about the limits of the game, but I sure have seen some amazing things done.

I haven't been playing Blockland for a long time, and I'm not in the know about prefs and how to change them, but to respect Visolator, I'm not planning on giving anyone the add-on. I just wanted to update and say that this might be getting somewhere.

Actually, it's a shame. So many gamemodes need this and everyone always starts over making the same thing from scratch because noone dares to release anything.
