I mean yeah, if you have good inference skills you could probably just skip the generalization and think, "Oh yeah, he is most definitely talking about the recreational drugs group". your body is still developing and you shouldnt introduce any new chemicals to your brain like alchohol and stuff

after 21 the only problem id see is with what hillkill said for memory but idk

to clarify a bit more, there's a chance your brain might get "clouded" for a few days after your smoking session.
