This thread has been made to discuss the series with the -monogatari suffix, like Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari. It is mostly known for its SHAFT head tilt, which can be seen in other anime such as Puella Magi Madoka Magica, which is a whole different story.
Here is a superb example of multiple positions of the SHAFT head tilt, as demonstrated by
ultimate waifu Kaikithe macabre and enigmatic Kaiki.
This series is known to be confusing however, as there is a chronological order and a proper order that you should watch it in, although confuses you more. There are also different main characters, but usually it focuses on
Koyomi Araragi.
