I feel ya OP. I have hemmorhoids and digestive system problems so every time I have to take a crap its like my ass has descended down through the toilet into the depths of hell.

I had a similiar problem except it was blood I was passing, also I got dehydrated from vomitting as well so makes sure you drink plenty

It sounds like the stomach flu or food poisoning. It's uncomfortable but not life threatening as long as you stay hydrated. Just keep drinking a lot of fluids and try to limit eating to soups or toast or stuff easy to digest.
