Minigame breaks hands on vehicles?

I've been plagued by a bug that's been affecting a server I administrate on, and today I finally found the cause: Slayer
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried this using both Slayer and vanilla minigames, and the bug only appears in Slayer
Here are three example vehicles I tested it with, these vehicles move the hands onto the steering wheel as seen here

Look when I get out of the vehicle, my hands are missing, nothing wrong is wrong with the vehicles, they act as they should, but getting out causes the hand nodes to be hidden with vehicles that move the hands to be placed on the steering wheel. I'm not sure what you mean when you say I need to be in first person because what view i'm in is irrelevant to the problem, the video shows the issue, I had hands when I got in, I didn't when I got out when I was in a slayer minigame.
The issue doesn't exist outside of slayer which leads me to believe that this issue is within it

I attached a console.log with trace enabled, it didn't really show anything and I can't replicate the issue on a private server which also raises the point that it might be an addon

Thanks, I was under the impression from your first post that the hands were not appearing on the wheel.

Update: issue only occurs when the minigame is a team deathmatch, i think
this issue is weird
