Zloff poorly worded his argument, maybe if he rewrote it and actually formed a good point I would've understood what he was trying to say. But from what he wrote, it was very ad hominem.
Also, how is it dismissive to state that most of the "fashion" that I've encountered from this has only appeared to me as unappealing, douchey and the people that wear it are usually douchey along with it. I could go on about all the different guys and girls that I've encountered with this fashion taste and about how they will act like such pretentious douches.

sure, about some individual thing, but I can't really think of any examples where I've done what you did
like, I don't like gravity falls, but you won't see me saying that in yosher's thread out of the blue
and something I'm rather certain I don't do is insult everyone who does like whatever I don't
