i actually don't have anything against my teachers as much as i have things against my classmates
nearly all of them are incredibly lazy so whenever there's an exam they try to get it pushed back as much as possible
gotta do like 10 minute homework??? burn the loving school down wtf
have to think in math class?? ask me because i'm apparently the only one that knows how to do arithmetics
gotta actually put effort into comprehending physics?? nah it's totally the school's fault for not making it ELI5

I used to have a really awesome Honors Geometry teacher. He'd go off on a tangent and use dumb but adorably amusing stories to explain the math. He did this pretty much every other day. Unlike the others, he gave us actually manageable amounts of homework, too. We'd always get it done early and play board games in class.

There have been teachers in the past who I get annoyed with because I feel like they're intentionally forcing their opinions on my work, but usually I smack myself and realise they're right and that I'm not even that great at explaining what I want to do which might be the cause of a lot of the issues.

My game design teachers were loving amazing. Still amazing now since they're still helping me out with jobs and stuff. They've all left the college, so I chat with them via Facebook.

my physics teacher is absolutely terrible
his lessons are incredibly boring save from the usual joke i end up not hearing from being zoned out from the extreme boredom
we also had like two lessons where we ended up wasting the entire lesson talking about something completely irrelevant, i remember one time it was about drugs
also he teaches us a forgetton of time-consuming stuff that we don't even have to learn, which is terrible because we'd have less time to actually finish our syllabus
his notes are an eyesore; a stuff ton of disorganised, ugly, hard to understand papers
experiments are also ass, i often don't know what the hell i need to write for the lab report
at least he hates the stuffty trouble making students as much as i do
and when you ask him a question about something we've already discussed he'll respond half-hostile and in an embarrassing way

most of my other teachers are pretty cool though

My chemistry teacher reviews way too much, seems unengaged with her own lessons, and doesn't teach us stuff that we need to know for the homework (i.e. what carbonate and cyanide ions are)

Google? I mean, that's not like a deep concept you have to learn, just a formula (CO₃^-2 and CN^-).


I like all my teachers, but they're not perfect. My AP Calculus teacher is super funny but he assigns an unmanageable amount of homework, and he thinks "crap" is a curse word and "we shouldn't say it around ladies," along with other minor cases of loveism. My AZ/US History and AP European History teacher, whom I have twice, is also really funny but in AZ/US he assigns pretty much just busywork. He gives us enough time to do it in class, but it's still like an hour of copying things from the book. In the AP class he doesn't do that. Finally, my AP Chem teacher is alright but for some reason she doesn't understand the concept of banter, and whenever someone is poking fun of a friend (and the friend is fine with it) she's all line "be nice to each other!"
