thats basically ana's job because her ult charges quite fast (and prob still will be after the +20% ult charge nerf)

You mean 20% more time taken to charge, not additional charge rate, yes?
Though Mercy can provide more constant health regen/damage boost if manuevered well

she can also shove her healing ray up pharahs back door and just fly around everywhere with her, damage buffing her to 1 shot light characters.
