and i mean genji's just like whatever the forget he is
even mccree has a cyborg arm and hes a cowboy he shouldnt have access to this technology

It's the future and they lost them in previous battles or something.

Because it's the year 20XX and being a cyborg is the new hip thing

they're all operatives doing incredibly dangerous activities, they're almost certainly going to lose a limb or two
mccree may be a cowboy but he's been a part of overwatch for awhile so I'm sure they funded it
