Is that legit, though? Or is it just a glitch? Would be cool if everybody but sombra was disabled for a time.

lucio: has an ability that is occasionally referred to in the community as a "boop"
sombra: says "boop" multiple times in official media
there's no concrete evidence it's one way or the other but I have a really strong feeling it was an early sombra gag

Apparently 'Sombra' was said something in chat as well so I think it was done on purpose.

The ISO for Windows 10 is free. It allows you to use it without a key but strips the customization. Windows 7 used to progressively make your PC more unpleasant to use until it shut your PC down after a few hours but it seems that has been removed since.
Also keys are locked to your motherboard so you can permanently deactivate your copy by simply swapping a dead motherboard.
