She had pneumonia which she took a few weeks off of the campaign trail to treat. It can be very dangerous for older people, but it's a disease with a specific start and end point, and it didn't kill her while she had it. Meanwhile if Annoying Orange has any kind of dementia, his options for treatment are essentially non-existent and the damage is progressive.
