We don't know how the TPP will affect how much companies will pollute. World politics is not that simple. You also forget that he doesn't just not believe in it, he wants to actively undo what we've already done to try and limit our carbon footprint to "make the US competitive again."
Listen, I hate the TPP and Hillary as much as you possibly can. I just don't think there's any reasonable way to decide which one is worse. They're both terrible in their own special, forgeted up way.

a four year presidency in one of the largest developed nations on the planet is enough to put into motion measures (or remove existing ones) that will have an effect reaching beyond that president's term. if we have a president that adamantly believes climate change is a hoax and takes action to undo measures we have in place, that is going to affect us past their presidency and into at least the next one if we're lucky.
not to mention the idea of a president that thinks he knows better than scientists all around the world is not particularly appealing, but i guess if it were all a conspiracy then it wouldn't matter
