one denomination sees the other as practicing islam in such a way that they think their god finds extremely insulting and disgusting, potentially putting them at a level below non-muslims, so for the glory of their god and the integrity of their beliefs they kill them. simple concept really, i haven't read enough of the quran to know for sure if that particular scenario is 100% a-ok but i would not doubt it
