Yeah, I'm going to go out on a hunch and say people trading illegal images across the internet probably don't do it right out in the open in display for anyone with access to the address to see.
I'll even go so far as to say most background checks done are probably an easier process than trying to bust child research rings on the internet.

Open question for people in support of taking refugees into the United States:
Many of the migrants entering Europe have either no papers or fake documents. How would this situation be handled in the US? In Europe it seems that seeking refugee status is papers-optional.
