yes, if you are theorizing about some conspiracizing then it is indeed a conspiracization theorization
tho rly in this particular case we can just apply hanlon's razor and come to the conclusion that the video was taken down because of a mistaken content ID or copyright claim, and not because of direct malicious intent by someone puppeting this "merlin" company

merlin didn't accidentally mistake this, they've taken down many videos for no reason whatsoever, and they also took down videos of people complaining about merlin
although this company has little to nothing to do with clinton

even then, to say that this copyright claim should be damning in any way is to say that this is the direct action of the accused party or someone associated with them, and that's a hasty conclusion which has very little apparent evidence. because youtube copyright abuse is already a well-known practice and the take down was issued by an entity apparently well known for being abusive in this manner, on a purely rational basis it is pretty silly to jump straight to ideas of conspiracy.
