I want to buy something from the community market that is £1.70, however when I go to buy it, it tells me to add funds to my wallet, but I only have £2.61 on my card (and you need a minimum of £4 to add to a wallet), and I don't have £4 on my debit card as I've just bought parts for a new computer so I'm basically broke, can I buy it straight from my debit card?

it's unlikely. the reason for the 4 pound minimum is because there are fees involved, and anything lower than that wouldn't be worth it to them
you might have more luck using the debit card through paypal

No, it uses steam wallet funds only
