the ddos is actually a dos and hes lagging himself not the server, low orbit ion cannon is a DOS stress tester, obviously if many people were to use LOIC all at the same time you could replicated a ddos but a single user using loic will not do very much damage

and you can't hack a wifi password through command prompt, my guess was the wifi network was hosted on the same computer he used command prompt from and he retrieved it from his own network
