Any recent client add-on you have installed (or some add-on that has a client with it), remove it. If that doesn't work, keep removing any client add-ons because that's usually the main issue with crashing when hosting a non-dedi server.

for me, the only reason my game crashed when i create a server is when i have too many add-ons/data blocks enabled

Lol, when i disable ALL music, its seems fine to me!
