Just for anyone wondering about the state of this project, it's basically canceled.

Black was unhappy with the build and everything sort of fell apart.

Thanks for the support as it went, it was fun trying to help in any way I could with the jail build despite having no building skills. It was a very fun experience.

I'm really sad this got canceled. I was really hoping the server would come back because it was so fun. Its what kept me playing blockland on a daily basis. The idea was original and executed very nicely. Thanks for the effort rgb, blackparrot, and everyone else trying to bring it back.
