blf already requires you to pay to activate your forums account (tied to a blockland key).
those with a mass army of alts usually just become ban on sight.

Why the forget would they even waste that money when they can save it for something important like food or a psychological evaluation testing for something like Stockholm Syndrome, despite that we aren't forced to stay

This is just a bad idea, you're already paying to post and it's just going to make it more difficult on Badspot's side. All he's got to do is ban the user and edit out their post and bam, the guy will eventually come back and Badspot gets more money!
