- A permanent home that doesn't flip to the opposite side of the planet every couple years
- To actually advance this one particular friendship I have which is important to me but has also been stuck in purgatory for the last ~3 years
- An actual stable income
- Some tools/resources so I can work on my gigantic list of unstarted DIY projects
