Trouble (finding) converting .obj to .dts

So basically, I've created a model in Blender 2.69, exported it as a .obj and imported it into Blender 2.49.
My trouble is here; I have no idea how to actually install the obj2dts plugin and I don't know any other alternative .obj to .dts converter.
Could someone maybe run through some steps or link me to some places that could help? :l

Get rid of blender 2.49 and install this plugin: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=281071.0

Then export to .dts and not .obj.
