i tried making a face.
everything was going well.
the thumbnail and face itself are transparent.
i think i did a good job on it.
i have the folder, the face, then the thumbs folder with the thumbnail.
so when i go to test it ingame this happens.

okay. odd, maybe its just a visual glitch and it still works in-game?

Would probably help to post the add-on, or maybe a console.log, or both.

how do i post a console.log?

It's a nested add-on.

Don't zip the folder itself, just the contents of it.
The names of the files also have to be matching and I don't think spaces are permitted. Your face file is "Crying Child.png" where your thumb is "Crying_Child.png". They should both be "Crying_Child.png"

i did all of that but its still not working
