100 pushups
100 sit ups
100 squats
10 km run.
Every single day.
Good diet.
No a.c. to strengthen the mind.
Trust me I've done this and now I have cancer.

This is a very bad idea and I highly recommend not doing this

just level up the easy stuff like smithing and heavy armour so you can dump some points into it, easy peasy

Oh you mentioned lung capacity earlier right? Try singing cadences on your jogs it will help you build up good lung capacity.
