Author Topic: Microsoft deletes Tay AI on Twitter after it becomes a national socialist  (Read 8924 times)

Actually, based on how it talks, it wouldn't surprise me if /pol/ got their hands on it. Its probably the only reason it got so bad so fast.
/pol/ and /b/ did get their hands on it, last i checked

i'm kind of impressed at it's ability to use images + captions
like it's spot on

It would've been more realistic if it spammed emojis

Ok, let's be real here.

Did Bill Gates really think that the chatbot would be normal after 24 hours on the internet? I mean if you search up "Big" or "Rope" you will find like 5 wierd pictures. Including that it's Twitter, dang twitter. The bot was doomed the moment it read it's first meme.

At least it didn't go on Tumblr or 4chan.

microsoft releases multiple ais without a press release, so that they don't get targeted

they turn tribal anyways

It's a simple AI, it's not like it knows what it is saying. It is mimicking what others say like a parrot and figured out how to form sentences with algorithms.

this was absolutely hilarious

can I just say how watching this go down in real time was probably the best thing to have ever happen this year?

You're thinking of a Markov chain. This AI is quite a few abstractions much more complex than a markov chain. It's actually extremely impressive.
