It's a simple AI, it's not like it knows what it is saying. It is mimicking what others say like a parrot and figured out how to form sentences with algorithms.

You're thinking of a Markov chain. This AI is quite a few abstractions much more complex than a markov chain. It's actually extremely impressive.
