blbConverter.Exe Not working

Hey guys, i need some help. I tried using blbConverter, but it won't launch... Instead it just shows up for like 1 millisecond and then disappears  and this is weird, it pretty much does this

(Click) (RUN) (Shut off)

Here are my PC Specs if you need them

OS : Windows 10
CPU : 2.25 GHZ ( AMD : A8 Quad-Core )
Speed : 1600 MHz
258 GB Free Of 445 GB (DISK)
Graphics : AMD[b Radeon R5 [/b]
PC : HP

You're supposed to drag and drop an .OBJ file onto it, read the instructions on it's usage here

Run it through CMD Prompt or a batch to see the error code.
