Personally no, but perfect love-changing technology would be interesting.  It would probably diminish the tension between homoloveuals and traditionalist parents. Lesbian and Gay couples could use it to make babies the fun way, and their parents would be thrilled until one of them changed back.

He said "traditionalist parents", so, those who usually don't accept their gay children.
If there was a perfect love-change then those sort of parents might not be so upset, so long as the child changes gender to match their loveuality.

Although, in such a hypothetical situation, I doubt a traditionalist parent who is inclined to hate their gay child would be much more pleased by them completely changing gender.
