So the Dallas Stars are going up against the St. Louis Blues, should be interesting! Like Ravencroft, I haven't been much of a hockey fan either. But the first round series against the Wild was pretty interesting, so I'll continue to watch! Go Dallas Stars!

I feel like if the Blues can beat the Hawks, they can beat anyone really. It's gonna be an exciting series!

Why is round 1 game 7 starting the same day as round 2 game 1

because nashville had to finish their game and win. Now everything else is updated.

I know but that scheduling is kinds dumb. It kinda makes it hard to make your fantasy picks and its unorganized.

Yeah, I could see that being a bad conflict. I think they just want to get to the championship as fast as possible. But now it seems a lot more organized since there's less teams now.

Blues-Blackhawks was the best series in the first round. I'm so happy we finally beat the Blackhawks and got out of the first round. Should be a good series against the Stars. You've got arguably the best offense in the league up against arguably the best defense in the league. The biggest factor I think is how the Blues' offense does against the Stars' defense. Their defense isn't that great, and pretty bad if you compare them to the Hawks' defense. The Hawks also had better goaltending.

For those reasons I've got the Blues in 6, maybe even 5 if the Stars' defense and goaltending really stink it up. If Seguin is back early, maybe it goes 7 games, and anything can happen then.

For the other series, I've got the Sharks (likely in 5-6 games), the Penguins (probably 7 games), and the Islanders (6-7 games, 6 if they take both in Tampa).

Hitchrooster can't keep taking the lead and playing defense against the Stars. That just doesn't seem to work, whether it's against the Hawks or the Stars, or whoever. 2 goal lead is the most dangerous in hockey, yo.
