Open the Zip File. Drag the OGGs into the Folder. Where 'Ya thinkin', Mcfly?

You need an archive opener. If you have one, just double-click it then drag all the ogg files out and into the Music folder, which is in the Add-ons folder, which is in the Blockland folder.
