Are you sure? Are they telling you that they can't connect?

What is your ping?
Is it "---" instead of a number?

Then you need to port forward.

You just need to know your router model and manufacturer (the box that connects you to your internet)

Do you have Hamachi or any other port-forwarding software installed?  If you do that usually prevents you from making a server.

Post your server's port (use this code into your console: echo($Server::Port);, if this port does not match your port forward, this is your cause. Please post results so we can see if you're trying to get this done correctly.
