is food is killing you early?

Remember that mice models are fairly bad brown townogues for human biology. I'll need more substantial evidence before I start cutting out my morning Big Mac.

Ya this idea is full of holes.

try not eating like stuff

do endurance runners die really quick then because their calorie intake is massive even though they run like 4 hours a day?

think of caloric restriction as "adding" time on your life if you want
and eating the average caloric intake per day as "default" not "dying quicker"

so, no, runners aren't going to die quicker than someone eating the average caloric intake

bread is the true culprit, ive felt amazing since i stopped eating carbs a couple months ago

well slap my richard and call me Ron Jeremy I'm glad I started skipping lunch
Why do you skip lunch

so many holes in this
This is a widely assumed phenomena backed by anecdotal evidence from centenarians and implications from animal testing.
So, not really a far fetched idea at all.

SHOW ME THE HOLES NICK

"if you eat a burger you will take a third of a day off your life"
Ur words not mine

That was clearly in a joking tone, but the idea is not a hole at all, the math even adds up.
The difference between full calories per day and 2/3 calories per day is literally ~800 calories in that spreadsheet.
The calculated time for those 800 calories is about 7.7 hours which rounds to 8 hours.
There's 24 hours in a day. 8/24 is 3.

That's 1/3.

Ya that would work if every humans body was the exact same but they aren't

At best this system is a rough rough rough VERY rough estimate

aren't we like way biger than mice
