I weigh 145 lbs, height is like 6'0. I also lift weights, my max on the bench press without someone to spot me is 235 lbs. I don't know anyone who can push that much weight, weighing 145 lbs. I can also curl 50 lb dumbells :). I'm pretty much like 5% body fat... lol.
