I understand the concept of my mind as my mind allows me to. I know only that some form of mind must exist in order to make me aware that I have a mind, and I must use the mind to come to this conclusion.

Some minds have informed their owners that they are just the result of chemicals. I must believe it because my mind tells me to, though I understand that my mind and others' minds may be lying. We have no other choice than to believe what our minds tell us. They're our only source of information.
