RTB rip off much?

So has anyone actually downloaded it? I would but I don't really want to waste the time it takes to download 74mb just to delete it because it fails so hard afterwards.

Wow, they fail so much they can't even get file sizes right, it's only 11mb. I suppose I can do that.
