Note: I was able to appeal a few of the "offending" songs in Block Wars and have gotten the video back to "songs monetized by claimants but no viewing restrictions" which is exactly what I want it to stay at (I obviously agree I have no ownership of the music used and as such do not mind at all if the original creators make the money off my video).
However, if for whatever reason they do not agree with my appeals (really I just hope they don't do anything and leave the songs I have now making money for them, it's really ridiculous that they want to monetize my video for themselves but then also block it from pretty much every english speaking country on the planet) then I'm afraid the video could be removed and I'll have to send a very strongly worded letter to Sony Music Entertainment (assuming I can find their emails).
But again, in the meantime, simply going to
http://blockwars.swholli.com/ will give you access to the full movie with a javascript player that should allow for better buffering than the default html/browser player.
