Started watching A Certain Magical Index because someone recommended it (or the spinoff at least) and I happened to run across it. I have a hard time picking anything because I have this weird feeling everything will be super cringey. I think it's that text descriptions don't do a show justice, and oversimplify what's going on, especially on Crunchy Roll. Like if TMNT were on Crunchy Roll it'd probably have a description along the lines of "Four turtles mutate, become ninjas, and fight alien robots." Doesn't sound that interesting, does it? It makes it sound like the plot is super-duper simple.
