Well no not really.  This is where things get a little hard to decide
The argument with the 14th amendment stems back to when black and white bathrooms were separated.  Gender is NOT a race, and thats where this argument gets closed. 

Also if we did this, it would eventually stem back to the way it was before they were combined.  Tranloveuals should be able to choose which ever bathroom they want to use.

So they are building transgender bathrooms for these 2 members.

1 mtf bathroom.

1 ftm bathroom.

Aren't many schools required by law to make every student feel comfortable when it comes to their loveuality/gender/disabilities/race? I know mine is because a friend of mine got out of taking history because he thought it was poking fun at his loveual preference

If you seriously look like a woman, you can go in the woman's bathroom and guess what, nobody will loving say stuff.

But quite honestly, there shouldn't be gender specific bathrooms to begin with.
